Vine & Dine is an annual series consisting of six dining events representing forty-eight global vineyards which are selected by local wine educator, Rory J. Boothby. This upcoming event will focus on California, where each vintage will be partnered with a four course meal composed by our in-house culinary team. Each food pairing is carefully created to highlight the featured wine’s flavor, acidity, notes’ and tannins’ while reflecting the freshness of local recipes from California.
Unisen Vine & Dine events will educate our residents and guests on vintages from around the world. Our residents and guests will experience an exquisite palate created by our elite culinary team which is designed to please even the highest level of wine and culinary enthusiast.
