The Sales Center is uniquely located in a repurposed model villa home. The 750,000 sq.ft. renovated campus was designed in collaboration with globally renowned design firm Pininfarina, known around the world for bringing its distinct automotive heritage and sleek aesthetic to the built environment. Pininfarina was tasked with reimagining all public areas including several lobbies, restaurants, a bistro bar & cafe, billiards and game rooms, indoor pool and locker rooms, fitness and yoga center, as well as all the independent and assisted living residences and the villa townhomes and club house. Aligning with the Floridian lifestyle, the design team incorporated local elements to create a modern coastal oasis.
Several future residents have had the opportunity to visit the Sales Center since its grand opening. We’re looking forward to welcoming you too! All tours are socially distanced and private. Additionally, our team is following all health and safety guidelines as recommended by the CDC. Walk-in tours are available Monday through Friday; Saturday tours require an appointment.
Your tour will be led by our Sales Directors, Sandy Ross and Marie Duquette, both of whom bring 15-20 years-experience of helping active retirees find communities to match their expectations for their best years.
